Pool Heating Example 1

110,000 lt indoor pool.

Replaced existing gas boiler that was unreliable and high maintenance with a single Rotex heat exchanger and 42kW Rinnai instantaneous gas burner.

Pool temp is maintained at 30 degrees celcius year round. This project also had a 2.4m stainless steel coil fitted that is providing fresh hot water to 4 showers.

Because of the design of the Rotex heat exchanger, the pool water and the shower water are 2 completely separate circuits.

Average daily gas consumption has also decreased and system has required no maintenance approaching its third year of operation.
